CT Realty Corp. Signs $3.35-Mil Lease Deal

SAN MARCOS, CA-A Newport Beach developer has signed a lease that brings 78 Place, a former factory outlet center, to 100% occupancy. QuadraMed Corp. signed a 72-month lease for a total consideration of $3.35 million.

BRE Commercial/NAI negotiated lease agreements for 41,000 sf of office space at the former center, located at 1050 Los Vallecitos Boulevard. QuadraMed Corp. signed a 72-month lease for a total consideration of $3.35 million. The lease brings the 106,000-sf property to 100% occupancy.

Mark Avilla of BRE Commercial / NAI's Carlsbad office represented the landlord, CT Realty Corp. Todd Davis, also of BRE, represented QuadraMed Corporation.
