DENVER-A life insurance company provides Yale Place Partnership LLP with a $5.5-million loan on the two-building, 64,051-sf Greens at Inverness office complex. NorthMarq Capital vice president Charlie Webb arranges the loan.

The two similar, two-story multi-tenant office buildings total 64,051 sf. They sit on 5.9 acres.

The loan was placed with one of NorthMarq's correspondent life insurance companies. Charlie Webb, vice president of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged the financing for the borrower, Yale Place Partnership LLP.
