McKay Sells Victoria Investment at A Profit

LONDON-McKay Securities has sold its recently-refurbished 12,000-sf office building at 23 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1 to a private buyer.

The 11,992 sf building on lower ground, ground and seven upper floors, was comprehensively refurbished by McKay Securities PLC in 2000 and let to a range of tenants including gas supplier Transco and Empower .

Mellersh & Harding acted for McKay Securities and Crossland Otter Hunt acted for the purchaser.
