BRE Commercial/NAI's Asset Management Services division will provide management services on office, industrial and retail properties throughout the county.
The brokerage also announced Thursday that Bill Punch has joined the firm's San Diego office as managing director of the new division. Punch is a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry.
Previously, he spent 15 years with CB Richard Ellis as a senior real estate manager and Coldwell Banker-Koll Co. He also handled leasing and property management for the city of San Diego, where he worked on such landmark projects as the Sports Arena, SeaWorld and Qualcomm Stadium.
