The development site is located on a 2.75-acre site between Prospect Street and Coast Boulevard. Sundt has completed construction on the 14-unit first and second phase of the condo project and is now working on the 33-unit third phase.
Construction at the former Scripps Hospital site began in December 1999. The complex will feature a garden environment with courtyards, fountains, patios, roof decks and roof gardens. Villas range in size from 1,600 to 6,500 sf and up to more than $4 million in price.
Lead architect for the project is McLarand, Vasquez & Partners. The consulting architect is James Alcorn & Associates. The civil engineer is Project Design Consultants.
