Owner Dr. Glenn Helton handled his side of the talks. Jeff Beard, Woodlands Operating Co.'s director of retail properties, brokered for the property owner. Helton is a full X-ray facility that provides chiropractic services, physical therapy and nutritional services and counseling.
The Woodlands Operating Co. also has promoted Becky Shannonhouse to the director of relocation and realtor relations. Shannonhouse, a two-year employee, previously was the firm's information representative. She also worked for nine years for major airlines and travel agencies in Oklahoma City, where she plied her trade as a realtor.
Shannonhouse's new duties will include responsibility for realtor relations, expansion of outreach programs with company relocation managers and providing information and services to companies relocating to the Woodlands. She will also organize special events, tours and orientation meetings for realtors.
