Northborough Tower is located at 100 Glenborough Dr. near US Highway 45 and the Sam Houston Tollway in North Houston. TEKsystems will be moving from 12707 North Freeway in northwest Houston and 3100 Wilcrest in West Houston. TEKsystems specializes in staffing, deployment of IT, software application development, systems integration, application management and training and development.
Peggy Meredith of the Houston office of Colliers International represented TEKsystems. Les Johns of Equity Office handled negotiations for the owner of record, EOP-Northborough Tower.
The 208,000-sf Northborough Tower is one of seven buildings in the Chicago-based Equity Office's Houston portfolio. The others are Brookhollow Central I, II and III, totaling 798,000 sf; Intercontinental Center, 195,000 sf; 2500 Citywest, 574,216 sf; and 959,000-sf San Felipe Tower.
