Luton To Get 45,000-sf Office Scheme

LONDON-The Capability Green business park at Junction 10a of the M1 is to get a major new office development. Developers are Real Land and Earlplace

The project will provide Grade A, air-conditioned accommodation and will be available in units from approx 3,500 sf to just under 10,000 sf.

Capability Green, at Junction 10a of the M1, is one of the most high-profile office parks on the M1 corridor. It has attracted occupiers including Astra Zeneca, Barclays and Interbrew.

Lambert Smith Hampton and FPD Savills are retained as joint letting agents.
