The 16-year veteran's career spans executive positions at Trammell Crow Co. and Staubach Co. At Post, Allums was executive vice president and managing director for Midwest development and construction.

He adds that Allums' expertise in federal and government assistance of his project specialties "will enhance our ability to create value and increase cash flow."

At Perkins & Will's Dallas office, Elizabeth Perez was hired as project designer and architect technician for the Texas practice. Prior to joining Perkins & Will, she worked at BOKA+Powell and Callison Architecture. Her project involvement includes Granite Park Phase II in Plano, NEC's corporate headquarters and Microsoft's Las Colinas support center.
