Rents range from $715 for a 497-sf studio-one bath sf to $1,310 for a two bedroom-two bath unit totaling 1,024 sf. The developer is making the most of a marketing plan that focuses on in-town living with Downtown skyline views.
Post Properties also owns the 309-unit Rice Lofts at 909 Texas St. in Houston. Its main focus these days is on high-density, live-work-walk neighborhoods in infill locations in major urban markets across the country.
