GlobeSt.com was told that owners Mike Baker, Bobby Orr and Jim Fisher will be adding 75,000 sf of retail space to attract tenants from the restaurant, service and entertainment industries.
In the northwest submarket, FLS Miljo Inc. leased 10,173 sf of office space at 100 Glenborough. Mary Descant of Houston-based Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group represented FLS Miljo in the transaction. Les Johns of Equity Office brokered the deal for the building owner, EOP-Northborough Tower LP.
