Newcomer Precast Systems Inc., manufacturers of pre-cast cement, has signed for 5,051 sf at 5300 Hollister. David L. Carter of Houston-based Yancey-Hausman represented Genoso Holdings Inc., the owner of the 19-year-old office building. Kevin Poynter of Mac Haik Management handled the bargaining of the new deal for Precast Systems.
Meanwhile, Bechtel Corp. has added 1,200 sf to its 3,600-sf, long-term lease at 5300 Hollister, a source tells GlobeSt.com. The San Francisco-based engineering and construction firm also leases 420,000 sf of office space at 3300 Post Oak Blvd. in the Galleria submarket. Carter represented the building owner in the lease expansion.
