Pardon has 12 years experience with major development companies, most recently working as regional vice president at Prentiss Properties Trust. He served as the REIT's chief operating officer for the Southeast region and was responsible for a portfolio of four million sf.
Pardon holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from Lawrence Technological University and a master's degree in architecture from the University of Illinois, where he also earned an MBA. Pardon also has completed the Executive Management Program at Harvard University.
