Frisaura joined CII as a sales associate in late 1997 after a successful 20-year career in commercial real estate, property and asset management. As an asset manager, he handled shopping centers, office, warehouse and apartment properties in the United States and the Middle East.

In his first full year with CII, Frisaura was named Agent of the Year for 1998 after posting sales and listings totaling $6 million. As the company's managing director since 1999, Frisaura's key responsibility has been recruiting and training sales associates for CII's Main Street Division.

In the past five years, CII closed 237 sales valued at $150 million or an average $632,911 per sale.
