NCS Pearson is a subsidiary of Pearson Education which calls itself one of the world's largest integrated education companies. Pearson's Miramar operation will supplement its Jacksonville, FL scoring facility, the company says in a prepared statement.
The 120,347 sf Huntington Square office building, owned by Liberty Property Trust, is located at 3450 Lakeside Dr.
Liberty Properties bought all 240,000 sf of Huntington Square in 1998 for $30.2 million or $125.83 per sf. The two, six-story class A office buildings sits on 10 acres. Tenants at the time were Humana Corp. and EDS.
Cushman & Wakefield's senior director Mitchell P. Millowitz and Richard Berzine & Co. Ltd. co-brokered the lease transaction.
