Perry has earned an SIOR designation from Washington, DC-based Society of Office and Industrial Realtors. He also holds a CCIM designation from Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute in Chicago.
Perry is a director in the office services group of Advantis Real Estate Services Group's three-month-old Orlando office. He specializes in tenant representation. Among his clients are Sysco Foods, Lennar Homes, Computer Science Corp., Colonial Bank, Liberty Mutual, National Semi Conductor, ADP, Arcadia Financial, Ajilon and Westinghouse Corp.
He has key relationships with Alliance Commercial Partners, Opus South Corp., CNL, Huntington Bank and Computer Associates.
Perry's current portfolio comprises 475,000 sf of office and service center properties in Central Florida. He formerly brokered at Lincoln Property Co., Pizzuti Cos. and Carter & Associates-ONCOR. Perry has a bachelor of science degree in real estate from Florida State University.
He is a member of the Greater Orlando Commercial Real Estate Society, Greater Orlando Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida Inc.
