Stiles Sells 85,000 SF Campbell Station for $7.5 Mil

NASHVILLE, TN-Locally based Market Land Co. paid the Fort Lauderdale, FL-based developer $88 per sf for the shopping center in Spring Hill, TN.

Stiles Construction Co. and Stiles Development Co. developed and built Campbell Station, completing construction last Fall. Stiles also leased the center and brokered the sale.

Campbell Station is anchored by a 55,818 sf Kroger grocery store. Tenants include H&R Block, Supercuts and Country Farm Family Buffet. McDonald's and Community South Bank are scheduled to open this year on two one-acre outparcels.
