The brokers aren't disclosing the selling price, but the property came to market for $548,000. John S. Parsley of the Houston office of Colliers International represented 4 Star Ventures in the sale. David Boyles & Stan Young of Medical Real Estate Inc. brokered the deal for the seller, Maxwell Holdings LP.
Parsley tells GlobeSt.com that Dr. Jeffrey C. Whitsett will use the office for his ophthalmology, ocular surgery and laser surgery practice. Parsley says the building was originally part of a two-building package, but the owners eventually decided to sell the abutting buildings individually.
