The building at 4700 Bromley Lane is designed to create the impression of two separate buildings. But it still maintains the efficiencies of one building, such as water taps, permits and net rentable sf.
The exterior consists of red and gray brick with metal wall panels.
The project also includes extensive landscaping consisting of trees, shrubs and annual plantings.
