In a statement released this morning, Milstein calls Goldstein "one of the most respected, dynamic and innovative leaders in real estate and financial services. There is also no one else who has mastered so well the complexities of global finance and real estate," he adds.
Prior to joining Milstein Brothers, Goldstein founded a real estate banking firm that provided advisory services and raised capital for investors and developers. She also served as division executive of Citicorp Global Real Estate, executive vice president and COO at M.J. Raynes and senior vice president and treasurer for Olympia & York Cos.
Currently, Goldstein is trustee of the Urban Land institute and a member of the Real Estate Roundtable. She is chairman of the Real Estate Advisory Committee of the new York Retirement Fund.
