Northborough Tower is part of the Equity Office Properties Trust Houston portfolio. Peggy Meredith of the Houston office of Colliers International represented the tenant, an entity of Aerotech. Equity Office used its in-house representative, Les Johns, to broker the lease.
Meredith also represented another Aerotech subsidiary, Maxim Group, in subleasing 5,471 sf of office space at the 218,507-sf Frost Bank Building at 10333 Richmond in the Westchase submarket. Taking over the space will be Account Collection Technology. David Anderson of the Houston office of the Trammell Crow Co. represented Account Collection Technology. Dallas-based Lincoln Properties Co. owns the Frost Bank Building.
