K.O.K. Atlanta Inc., a furniture sales and distribution company, is taking 34,531 sf. Walter Menuet and Brad Berry were the in-house representatives for Vantage. Kah Tan of SIA Realty Inc. represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Heat Transfer Solutions Inc. is taking the balance of the dual signings, 10,091 sf, in a deal also brokered by Menuet and Berry. Kevin Poynter of Mac Haik Management Ltd. represented Heat Transfer Solutions, a Toronto-based distributor of HVAC equipment.
At build-out, Beltway 8 Business Park will contain 260,000 sf. The first phase delivered in March 2001. It consists of a 133,000-sf warehouse fully leased to Fort Worth-based Blackmon Mooring; two 26,400-sf, office-tech buildings; and a 73,500-sf, office-warehouse.
