The Sterling Ridge Village shopping center is a 130,000-sf complex with 12 pad sites. Two pad sites are available while all of the in-line space has been leased, says the contact. The center is anchored by a 63,000-sf Kroger Signature store, 10,000-sf Eckerd Drug and 9,000-sf Perry's Grill & Steakhouse. Pad site tenants are Compass Bank, Exxon, McDonalds, Primrose School, RE-Max Spring The Woodlands, Southwest Bank of Texas, Wendy's, Woodforest National Bank and America's Service Station.
