Boca Lodging owns the hotel, located at 8201 Congress Ave., just off Interstate 95 at the Congress Avenue exit. It is under a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns, the franchising subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corp. Cleveland, OH-based MEI Hotels, Inc. manages the hotel.
The four-story building has three meeting rooms with 1,800 sf of meeting space; a 24-hour business center; and an on-site guest laundry.
More than 225 Hilton Garden Inn properties are either open or under development in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, according to the company.
