In the larger of the two deals, BTB Events has inked a lease for warehouse and industrial space in Fountain Valley. According to the terms of the three-year agreement BTB will occupy 34,700 sf at 10950 Virginia Circle. The transaction is valued at more than $675,000. BTB was represented by David Desper of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office. Tim Arguello and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates' Newport Beach office acted on behalf of the landlord, Valley Business Park.
Meanwhile, a 5,850-sf industrial building has changed hands in Corona. The property, which is located at 372 Jenks Dr., has been acquired by Awais Gauhar for $500,000. Gauhar was represented by Tom McAllister and Dan Powers of CB Richard Ellis' Anaheim office. The two brokers also spoke on behalf of the seller, Kenneth Raymond Todak.
