Loop West was selected because of its high-profile, central location for employees and good fit for the operation. Staying within the North Loop area was a top priority in the site selection process, he says. The building is situated near Ella Boulevard between Texas 290 and Interstate 45.
Lloyd and Mark Lehman, also of Grubb & Ellis' Houston office, represented Ranger Steel Supply. Pauline Phillips with Prentiss Properties bargained on behalf of the building owners, 1225 North Loop Inv. 1225.
