Schuler just finished coordinating an $85 million renovation at the 1.4 million-sf Florida Mall developed by Indianapolis, IN-based Simon Property Co. in south Orlando. He attended Catawba College in North Carolina and has a graduate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Lee Arnold is chairman of the company that manages 1.2 million sf of office, industrial and retail properties in metro Orlando.
