The 100,192-sf Equalnet Plaza is a six-story building constructed in 1982. It sits on 3.63 acres. Office space in the 85%-occupied Equalnet Plaza currently goes for $17.50 per sf.
The Energy Corridor has fared well in the past year due to the profitability of energy tenants. As this year unfolds, many brokers have expressed concern that it may be a flat or disappointing year for the submarket as energy prices fall and the Enron collapse plays out.
