Property Manager Joins Glaser Financial

ST. PAUL, MN-Steven Nohava will oversee properties that underlie Glaser Financial Group's $2.4-billion loan servicing portfolio. He leaves a St. Cloud, MN property management firm that he co-founded.

Nohava was recently a founding partner and property manager for a property management firm in St. Cloud, MN. He has 25 years of experience in multifamily real estate and property management and holds a bachelor's degree in management/finance with an emphasis in real estate from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud.

St. Paul-based Glaser Financial is a full-service commercial mortgage banker. The firm arranges financing for commercial real estate as a Fannie Mae DUS lender, Freddie Mac program plus seller as well as through conventional and conduit funding sources.
