Tom McFadden joins Advantis newcomer William "Bo" Bradford Jr. to form the firm's industrial services group here. Bradford gave up a two-year vice president/industrial leasing position with Duke Realty Corp. to go with Advantis. Tom McFadden joins the firm as a senior director; Bradford comes in as a director.
McFadden is a 13-year professional, booking $75 million in transaction value on two million sf of industrial space over the past four years. He was NAIOP's Industrial Broker of the Year in 1997 and 1998 and Top 5 Producer for Carter & Associates from 1993 to 2001. He attended the University of Central Florida and is a former senior broker at Pizzuti Realty Co./Orlando.
Bradford has been in commercial real estate for 11 years and has closed 400 deals throughout the state. His last assignment at Duke Realty was overseeing the leasing of four projects totaling 1.8 million sf of tilt wall, institutional grade industrial space. Bradford is a Florida State University graduate.
Bradford and Tom McFadden join Greg Morrison, Jeff McFadden, Tim Perry, Lisa Bailey and Robert R. Kellogg who previously toiled at Carter & Associates.
