Sangster is a former Southern Co. executive with 20 years of industry background in engineering, contract administration, procurement and human resources. He was a loaned executive to the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games from 1994 to 1996, serving as manager of the Volunteer Training Program.
Sangster received his bachelor of civil engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and his master of business administration degree from Georgia State University.
