Robert S. Parsley of the Houston office of Colliers International represented Vanco Energy in negotiations for a five-year lease. Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. owns the 510,288-sf, 24-story building in the 4.3 million-sf, 10-building Greenway Plaza mixed-use complex. Crescent's regional vice president of leasing, Bob Boykin and Warren Savery handle leasing duties for the 90%-occupied structure. Vanco presently has its office in One Greenway Plaza.
Vanco Energy is a privately held oil and gas exploration and production company based in Houston. It holds offshore licenses in West Africa in Côte d'Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Morocco, Namibia and Senegal.
