Mortgage banking industry veteran Carl Brown, most recently of Professional Lenders Alliance, will serve as the division's executive vice president. "We are excited about the full menu of services we can now offer lenders and mortgage-servicers," he says. The headquarters will be located in Santa Ana, CA.
