Taylor Woodrow Sells Hampshire Shopping Centre

LONDON-Taylor Woodrow has sold its 108,000-sf Dukes Walk Shopping Centre in Waterlooville, Hampshire, to Clerical Medical to show a yield of 8.1%.

Tenants in the scheme include Waitrose and Wilkinson, which anchor the scheme, as well as Fitness First, Robert Dyas, New Look, Choices and Bon Marché.

James Henderson, director at vendor Taylor Woodrow, said: 'The sale of this development further paves the way for our South East development team to expand its operations.'

Vail Williams and Colliers CRE acted for Taylor Woodrow while Clerical Medical Investment Management represented itself.
