The Greater Harris County 911 emergency network has renewed its original lease of about 10,200 sf and added 5,108 sf. David L. Carter of Houston-based Yancey-Hausman represented the building owner, Sawyer 602 LP. Pat Pollan of Coldwell Banker Commercial in Houston steered talks for the Greater Harris County 911.

American Construction Investigations also renewed its 2,532-sf lease plus rolled in enough extra space to take its office to 3,672 sf. Carter also handled American Construction's pact.

The 20-year-old building currently is 97% occupied. Its office space is advertised at $19.50 per sf. Tenants include the US Secret Service, which occupies 15% of the building, Houston Police Officers Pension System, taking 3% of the available space and Arc Oil LLC, 2%.
