The site is south of University and north of Franklin Avenue between Emerald Street and Berry Street.
"This project is at an ideal location near both Downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul," says Tanya Bella, director of acquisitions and development at Wellington Management.
The homes are located next to the historic neighborhood of Prospect Park, the University of Minnesota and both central business districts in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Residents will also be close to recreational opportunities available near theMississippi River and the East River Road.
Construction will begin this summer with completion expected by 2006. Occupancy in the first homes is expected by 2003.
