The deal was financed in part by $6 million in BUILD Missouri bonds. Magellan also qualifies for state workforce development programs and business facility tax credits.

Magellan Health Services needed additional space after widening its contract with the United States Postal Service.

Dennis DeSantis, Joe Bannister and Chris Fox ofCushman & Wakefield of Missouri, Inc. represented Magellan Health Services during site selection and lease negotiations. Larry Chapman of TRiSTAR Business Communities handled negotiations for his company, which is developing the three-building, 475,000-sf Riverport Commons.

Magellan will move into 30,000 sf at Riverport Commons IV in June before moving into a three-story, 238,000-sf building in the fourth quarter.
