Matt Hobaica of Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix represented the buyer and the seller, Universal Forest Products, a manufacturer of house trusses.
Samons is based out of Lake Havasu City, AZ. The property consists of four 1960s-era buildings and a lumberyard situated on 8.5 acres.
Hobaica tells GlobeSt.com that the complex, which is located in a heavy industrial area, was never actually listed on the market. He says Samons drove a quick take-over that he credits to Phoenix's strong housing market. The transaction represents an expansion of Samons' interests in the Valley.
