Greenway Plaza, which is owned by Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Equities Co., was selected based on its diversity, creativity, energy and color. Greenway Plaza was chosen from a field of 100 submissions.
"A beautiful work environment is part of what we strive for and what our customers can expect when officing at a Crescent property," explained Bob Carlen, Greenway Plaza's vice president of property management. Jim Langford is Crescent's manager of ground and roads. The interiorscape program at Greenway Plaza also has collaborative input from Plant Magic, Gainey Ceramics, Hines Pottery and Spencer Florabunda.
