The office building totals nearly 400,000 sf, with typical floor plates of 20,000 sf. Norman V. Munoz and John S. Parsley, both of the Houston office of Colliers International, represented Decision One Mortgage. Bill Schneidau of Crescent Real Estate Equities was the in-house representative brokering the lease.
In an unrelated transaction, L3 Export Inc. renewed 12,735 sf of industrial space at Clinton Industrial Park at 7241 Clinton Dr. in southwest Houston. Walter Menuet of Vantage Cos.' Houston division represented the building owner, Southwest Texas "Clinton" Industrial Park Ltd. in a direct deal for the renewal.
