The new tenant, Spin Cycle LLC, is a locally based national coin-operated laundry company. After selling off part of its operations, the firm decided to relocate from about 15,000 sf to the 9,300-sf office at Scottsdale Executive Office Center.
Mark Linsalata and Bill Blake, both of Lee & Associates Arizona, represented the tenant and building owner of record, Scottsdale Executive Office Center LLC. The owner is part of Chicago-based LaSalle Management.
The near five-year-old building totals 180,000 sf and now is 100% occupied. The project is located in the Scottsdale Airpark, a hot office and light industrial area in metro Phoenix. Lease rates at the Scottsdale Executive Office Center advertise for $16 per sf triple net.
