According to the terms of the $1.4-million lease, the company will take 60,704 sf here. The facility is located at 720 S. Temescal Canyon Rd.
The tenant, KMM Telecommunications, was represented by Ali Asgari. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage acted on behalf of the landlord, Powell and Associates.
The transaction comes as Newport Beach-based Master Development Corp. has announced that it has acquired a 14-acre parcel in West Corona and plans to build an industrial park here.
Construction of the 230,000-sf speculative project is slated to begin in June 2002, with completion set for March 2003. Plans call for nine, freestanding industrial buildings, which will be located one mile north of Riverside Freeway at Maple Street. All of the buildings in MDC's West Corona Business Park will be available for sale or lease.
