The reduction has paid off, with the letting of the fourth floor of Kingsbury House to hedge fund POWE Capital Management. POWE has taken 1,563 sf at a rent £51 ($73) per sf on a 10 year lease, with a break option in the fifth year.
Of the remaining five floors, two are under offer and there is significant interest in the remainder. Saxon Law represented the tenant.
