Only two high office content business/production units are currently available at Centennial Park, where the joint agents Lambert Smith Hampton and Jones Lang LaSalle are quoting £9.50 ($13.50) per sf. The next phase of development at Centennial park will comprise 12 units ranging in size from 5,059 to 16,523 sf with rents from £10.75 ($15.40) per sq ft to £11.75 ($16.80) per sf for units with air-conditioning.
