Fred Caldwell, president and principal of Houston-based Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group, was elected vice president for the chapter and Conrad Bernard of Boyd Page, secretary-treasurer. The elections recently were held at the society's annual conference in Boston.
Boyd is an industrial market specialist, who earned his SIOR designation four years ago. He has more than 10 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry. His expertise encompasses deals for building owners, tenants and investment and user building sales. Washington, DC-based SIOR currently has more than 2,700 commercial real estate professionals with the designation.
