Sunterra is completing a Chapter 11 reorgnization plan for U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Arthur B. Briskman in Orlando. The company is whittling down an $850 million debt load after filing for protection from creditors in May 2000.

At the time of its voluntary filing, Sunterra told the court it had $1 billion in assets in 89 global resorts. Cypress Pointe Resort in Orlando is one of Sunterra's more successful properties.

Woodgate takes over as Sunterra Europe CEO in March. Company CEO and president Nick Benson held the European post before being name to head the main firm. She comes to Sunterra from Interval International's European operations. Prior to that assignment, Woodgate held senior positions with Marriott Vacation Club International and the Four Seasons Resort Group.

Hall starts his Las Vegas assignment March 1. Sunterra lured him from Del Webb Corp. where Hall was president of Del Webb Mortgage Corp. He previous held executive positions with PNC Mortgage Corp. of America and Pulte Mortgage Corp.
