Buyer BKC Venture Partners LP intends to use the structure for a law office. The office building is positioned on 1.4 acres at 5750 Homeward Way. Dan F. Boyles of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented the purchaser. Boyles could not be reached by press time for details on the sale or the seller's identity.
The City of Sugar Land is the fastest growing community in the Greater Houston metropolitan area. According to the latest US Census, Sugar Land's population grew almost 160% since 1990. Sugar Land's growth is being rewarded with the construction of a 32-acre town square that will include 200,000 sf of retail space, 750,000 sf of class A office space, 300-room Marriott, conference center and new city hall.
