Adelson, Anderson, Cheatham, Cunningham, Fijan and Tiedemann also have qualified for CB Richard Ellis' 2001 Chairmen's Club, a listing of the company's Top 100 sales professionals. Of the grouping, Adelson, Anderson, Cheatham, Cunningham and Fijan were included in the Colbert Coldwell Circle, a ranking of the firm's Top 50 producers.
The leader of the pack, Cheatham, is a senior vice president who joined CB Richard Ellis in 1985. He was twice recognized by CB Richard Ellis in 2001 as being among the company's top retail brokers in the country.
