CB's Anaheim Focus Retail Group has won the assignment to represent Simmons in Orange County. The retailer, which currently has 36 locations in Southern California, including seven locations in Orange County, is seeking new sites ranging from 3,500 sf to 4,500 sf. Scott Horsley from CB's Orange County Focus Retail Group will act on behalf of Simmons in the new deals.
The Orange County Focus Retail Group, which currently consists of Horsley, Jeff Moore, John Mehigan and Jennifer Bobier, has more than 25 years of combined experience in commercial real estate. The group specializes in retailer representation and shopping center development leasing in Southern California and the Western States. Project representations include The Marketplace at Laguna Niguel, Santa Margarita Marketplace, Brea Marketplace, Plaza El Paseo, The Ontario Center, Imperial Center East and The Crossroads.
