FPDSavills and Knight Frank are joint letting agents on the scheme and are quoting a rent of £5.50 ($7.85) per sf.
This is the second building to be completed this year by Prologis at Hams Hall. The first, comprising 16,119 sq m (177,500 sq ft), was pre-let to Exel to service a contract with Selfridges.
Hams Hall is the West Midlands' premier distribution park and its communications links will improve in 2004 with the completion of the Birmingham northern relief road--Britain's first private motorway--which will link junction 9 of the M42 to junction 11 of the M6 motorway.
